Tweens & Teens Krav Maga in Castle Rock (Ages 12–16+)
Confidence. Discipline. Real-world self-defense. No politics. No bench. No tryouts. Just steady progress and a supportive community that pushes your teen to level up.

This program is for teens who want capability, not trophies.
Krav Maga is practical self-defense. We train for real life — awareness, boundaries, decision-making under stress, and the ability to act when it matters.
What your teen will build here
- Confidence under pressure — posture, voice, and presence
- Boundary setting — how to respond before it turns physical
- Real-world self-defense — grabs, strikes, common threats, and teen scenarios
- Discipline + focus — consistent standards and coaching
- Fitness + resilience — strength, conditioning, coordination
New to martial arts? Perfect.
Most teens who start here have zero experience. We teach step-by-step and coach them hard — without overwhelming them.
